Our special High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is unique in Switzerland. The program is based on the training methods of mixed martial arts (MMA) athletes, but is suitable for everyone and for every fitness level.

Cage fitness was originally developed to get athletes fit for competitions and is now a tried and tested fitness method in the USA. Each round includes both aerobic and anaerobic training for maximum efficiency.

NO. There is no physical contact with other participants during the workout. Cage Fitness is a fitness program designed to be performed without physical contact. The exercises are suitable for both men and women and can be individually adapted using different weights.

NO. Cage Fitness is based on the training methods used by Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) athletes. MMA athletes are the most complete athletes who have reached the highest levels of fitness. For Cage Fitness, some of these training methods have been modified to create this fitness program. Cage Fitness™ gets people in top shape without having to train MMA. All this makes Cage Fitness not only one of the most efficient workouts you can experience, but also one of the most challenging and entertaining programs.

YES. Unlike aerobics or fitness classes where an instructor leads the group and guides them through exercises at a set pace, Cage Fitness allows each participant to work out at their own pace. Cage Fitness is divided into 5×5 minutes consisting of timed segments within each round. Instead of competing against each other, participants compete together against themselves in each workout, allowing them to surpass themselves.

Participants should wear comfortable and loose sportswear. Each participant should also purchase their own Cage Fitness training gloves in order to work with the grappling dummy as effectively as possible.
